This edition of Windows does not include a web browser and has a slimmed down driver database. First create your bootable windows installer USB (rufus recommended) then download the installation file of your preferred browser i.e. Chrome, FireFox. Then drop the installer file on your USB stick so you can access it after Windows installation has completed. If you experience any network driver issues, go to home page and download the DriverPack solution to find and install drivers for your network adaptors.
